Cancellation Policy:
Registration fees are non-refundable after March 31, 2011. Please submit a cancellation request to the Conference Secretariat by email. A 30.00 USD handling fee will apply.
Accompanying persons: No fee is traditionally charged for the accompanying persons.

Due to security reasons, we only accept direct bank transfersand payment through PayPal system. Credit cards, checks and cash are not accepted for Conference registration. After we confirm your pre-registration, please contact Conference Secretariat for bank details and payment instructions. An invoice will be issued electronically, so you can proceed with your payment. Once we recieved your registration payment, the Registration Confirmation/Paid invoice/Receipt will be sent to you by post and email. Only payments from pre-registered delegates will be accepted. There will be no registration on site.
